DwellAtHome.com offers various services to help its users find, coordinate, and maintain quality care. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain the information we collect and how we use it to provide our services and give users a better experience. It applies to any users of www.DwellAtHome.com and any web pages, mobile applications and mobile websites operated by DwellAtHome.com (collectively, the "Site"), including Care Seekers and Care Givers, and any users of any of the various services that DwellAtHome.com provides through the Site or any other channels, including over the telephone (collectively, "Services").
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms "DwellAtHome.com," "we," "us," and "our" refer to DwellAtHome.com, Inc. "You" refers to you, as a visitor or user of the Site or the Services. By using the Site and/or the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. Information We Collect and Their Sources
A. Information You Provide
All information you provide when registering, posting a job, posting a profile, communicating through the Site, or otherwise engaging with our services will be stored by us. This may include your name, email address, home address, gender, birthday, phone number, payment details, job posting details, and caregiver profile information.
B. Information Provided by Others
DwellAtHome.com captures information that Site Visitors, Registered Users, and others provide about one another, including reviews, references, and information provided by third parties to verify your information or perform background checks.
C. Information You Expressly Authorize Us to Collect
We may request permission to collect certain information from or about you, such as access to your location or mobile contacts. If you grant permission, we will collect such information unless you subsequently opt out through your device settings.
D. Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect information about the devices you use to access the Site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other usage data. We also use cookies and tracking technologies to improve your experience and measure Site performance.

- Connect Care Seekers with Care Givers that meet their needs

- Protect the safety and integrity of the Site and its users
- Personalize promotional messages and content
III. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with other Site Visitors and Registered Users as necessary to provide our Services, with vendors and service providers who assist in operating the Site, with affiliates and subsidiaries, and as required by law. We may also share your information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
Background check results are only shared with other users if you specifically consent to sharing them.
IV. Your Choices Regarding the Sharing of Your Information
Registered Users have control over optional information they share. You may adjust your account settings or call Member Care at (205) 259-8388 to opt out of certain information sharing. Opt-out preferences take effect within 10 days of receipt of your request.
V. Your Communication Choices
By becoming a Registered User, you consent to receive certain email communications from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Administrative notices may still be sent regardless of your email preferences.
VI. Changing or Removing Your Information and Closing Your Account
You may update your information through your account settings. To request removal of information you have posted, contact support@dwellathome.com. If you close your account, we will remove your identifiable information from our publicly viewable database, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
VII. Collection of Information from Children
DwellAtHome.com's Site and Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practicable.
